Supported by the latest technology, the support centre has been designed to bring together the latest product information, training and support in one place.
The new Support Centre can be accessed via a link on the EMIS Web homepage and includes:
- a new homepage that is tailored to users’ individual requirements; for example, for practices on the Familiarisation Service it will provide a customised count-down to their EMIS Web live day with reminders of key actions
- access to all the EMIS Web tools, including the ECR tracker, UserVoice development request forum and information about the latest product releases
- an easy-to-navigate menu of all the training resources from the previous support centre – including training guides and videos
- a link to the user forum, where the EMIS support team and customers can resolve issues and share tips and advice.
